ONLINE STORE TERMS
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
Our product and shipping prices are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
We may, without prior notice, change the product offerings or create limits for their purchase. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to items without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Our store is hosted by Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
RETURN & REFUND TERMS
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know right away and we will do our best to make it right. You can reach us at hello@goodnessgranola.com and we will respond within one business day.
RECALL TERMS
Strict traceability protocols are in place at Goodness Granola Co. If, for any reason, a recall is required for a Goodness Granola Co. product that you have or may have purchased, you will be notified by phone and email immediately and provided with a replacement product or a full refund.
OWNERSHIP TERMS
This website and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Goodness Granola Co.
